*Sponsor Recognition Package includes:

Exhibitor Information

Exhibit Space

Exhibitor space is limited and the deadline for registration is Friday, April 21, 2017, with full payment due by Friday, April 28, 2017.   Exhibit spaces include a 6-foot covered and skirted table and two chairs.  Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis with prominent locations reserved for Lone Star and Bluebonnet level sponsors.  Electricity and additional wall amenities will be available at an additional charge.  Space will not be reserved until full payment is received.

Advertising

This year the 2017 AiTC will introduce program advertisements! Advertising in the 2017 AiTC program will provide your business unlimited exposure to conference attendees. Contact us for details! 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received on or before Friday, May 15, 2017 for a 50% refund.  After that date, no refunds will be issued.
